Following the recipe of BAVARIAN LEMON I decided to try the orange .. the process is the same except that I replaced orange juice in the lemon gelatin for ..... I followed the procedure for replacing the lemon juice instead of orange and yellow coloring I added a bit of orange dye .. but the taste is more delicate remains the fresh flavor of citrus fruits ..!
