Following the recipe of BAVARIAN LEMON I decided to try the orange .. the process is the same except that I replaced orange juice in the lemon gelatin for ..... I followed the procedure for replacing the lemon juice instead of orange and yellow coloring I added a bit of orange dye .. but the taste is more delicate remains the fresh flavor of citrus fruits ..!

BAVARESE AL LIMONE

I am a lover of sweet lemon, and when in October I was in Treviso and Francis me did try this with lemon Bavarian and I so appreciated that I immediately wanted to propose in the family .. it is a sweet fresh and delicate suitable for any occasion ..... I have prepared in bimby ..!!! ;)

INGREDIENTS:

FOR THE BASE:

200 gr of dry biscuits (digestive also go well )
100 grams of butter

CREAM:

100 g butter 225 g sugar

3 eggs 1 egg yolk

150 grams of lemon juice Grated rind of 3 lemons

400 g of fresh cream

12 grams of gelatin (in sheets)

COVER:

75 grams of sugar

100 ml lemon juice

100 grams of water

little yellow food coloring

1 sheet of gelatin and a half

PREPARATION:

take a mold opening and lined the base of baking paper ..

chop cookies ( 5 sec. Vel. 7) and add the softened butter and mix ( 20 sec. vel. 4) ... pour into the mold and with the help of a spoon (back) to form the base of squash Bavarian .. set aside in the refrigerator.

Mettere le bucce dei limoni nel boccale e tritare a ( 5 sec. vel.7 )....raccogliere ed aggiungere 100 di zucchero e lavorare ( 10 sec. ve. 8 ) ...aggiungere il resto degli ingredienti e cuocere per ( 7 min. 80° vel.4 )... intanto mettere a mollo la gelatina e quando è morbida, aggiungerla alla crema ed amalgamare ( 30 sec. vel. 4 .)...versare in un contenitore....montare 400 gr di panna e quando è pronta mescolarla pian piano alla crema per non smontare la panna...se si vuole (consiglio per far staccare bene la torta dallo stampo) spray the edge of the pan with butter spray ..... cut in half the lemon slices and arrange them on the edge of the mold for the entire circumference .. pour the cream, level and refrigerate for about 2 hours ...
